How to prepare for your newborn photoshoot...

When and how do I book my newborn session?

I encourage parents to get in touch to prebook your session after your
20 weeks scan with your due date and session collection request, then get back in contact again once baby arrives.
This allows me enough time to plan and design the session to your custom preferences and guarantees you a spot within baby's first two weeks.

The ideal time period to complete a newborn session is within baby's first two weeks when they naturally settle into those beautiful sleepy poses.

If baby has already arrived or is a little older, don't worry too much, just get in touch as soon as possible.

My newborn sessions provide an opportunity to capture the special bond between siblings at
No extra charge.
Your session will include a selection of newborn and sibling photographs.
To prebook your session,
your need to complete the form on the contact me page
or get in touch on socials.

What do I need to bring to my session?

Just the usual: wet wipes, nappies, milk if not breastfeeding and a dummy.
Please dress baby in a sleep suit so its easy for me to undress baby without disturbing them too much.
If you have a small sentimental item that you would like to include, please bring that along with you.

What to expect?

My studio is warm and cosy with a relaxing vibe. Everything for the session is provided, including deluxe specialist props, wraps and accessories.

I am very hands on throughout the session so I will take care of any feeding, changing or settling so you can sit back and relax while I work my magic at posing your baby safely in the most adorable poses.

What happens if my baby cries during the session?

Do not worry!
Babies cry, it's their way of telling us they're hungry or they need changing. Sometimes babies can wake during their photo session and get a bit fussy, usually using a dummy and a little comforting settles them back to sleep.
I have many techniques on soothing and comforting babies so rest assured, your baby is in safe and experienced hands.

Do you offer family portraits?

NO family portraits are not something I offer at the moment I have a self build newborn studio and don't yet have the adequate space for family posing.
Sibling posing is always welcome.
